Who We Are:
Commonwealth Private Ambulance Providers (CPAP) is a group comprised of managers, owners and other individuals involved in the provision of ambulance transport in Virginia. We have come together to respond to mutual concerns such as the ongoing fight for reasonable reimbursement from Medicaid, our inability to get the Virginia Ambulance Association to respond to our concerns and requests and the general state of medical transport in the Commonwealth.
